Nascar Jacks offers a 15 day money back guarantee on all products against defects, wrong product or damages.
NO REFUNDS AFTER 15 DAYS! Exception will be made for the Christmas Holiday Season.
All items must be returned unworn, in new condition and with all tags attached.
All returns must be approved by Nascar Jacks via e-mail. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number which must be printed on the outside of the returned box. Customer is responible for all shipping charges. If an item is returned that was offered free shipping, the customer will be charged for those shipping charges.
Damaged outer packages should be reported to the shipper and a claim filed by you so that we can be reimbursed by the shipper and a replacement or refund issued.
Products refused or returned without our authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any item returned that is not damaged or wrong product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any jacket that is exchanged for a different size will be charged $15.00 for shipping and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping cut off is 12:00pm eastern standard. If your order is placed after 12:00pm eastern standard your order will not process until the next business day.
All orders will be shipped via Fedex, UPS, DHL or USPS.
All shipping charges will be added to your order. Expedited service is available upon request and at the customers expense.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Payment must be PAY PAL or Wire Transfer.
Shipping charges will be added to all international orders. Customer is responsible for any and all customs or related charges.
